Description:	If using ClientCtrl, no more start of both Apps as Admin is required ( under Windows Vista and higher ): Old behaviour 'display message, if we cannot retrieve samlight interface object' is changed to: 'If samlight is not running, do not display message, only display message in case Samlight is running AND we cannot retrieve samlight interface object'. New message in error case: - You probably have started your SAMLight Client Control customer application or Samlight as Windows Administrator. - In this case you have to start both Apps as Administrator.
