Bugfix:	Backport for 1460: If Sam library host application is NOT Samlight, a timer message with id = 123 could be removed from the mess
Description:	If Sam library host application is NOT Samlight, a timer message with id = 123 ( decimal ) could be removed from the message pump: This can happen during an 'ScMarkObject( .. )' call or during a marking process. This can cause problems, if a host application sends this timer message. But because a timer message will be normally re-send again, this should not be a major problem even for older customer Apps. Now, timer message with id = 123 is only removed, if it's message HWND is identical to sam library object list HWND.
