SAMLight Client Control command ScChangeTextByName doesn't work corretly
Description:
the SAMLight Client Control command ScChangeTextByName doesn't change the new text in View2D any more and also the new text is not marked. Only in the 2DText property page, the new text is vivible (after an update).
3.0.5 builds with build number related to this error were: [ 0781 .. 0791 ].
