DataWizzard: improve close function
Description:
Currently within DataWizzard, the close function just closes ScPolyLines2D groups.
The polylines after importing out of dxf are typically organized within ScEntities2D groups.
Close function will be changed that way that it closes / reorganizes ScPolyLine2D objects also if they are within a ScEntities2D group.
