Description:
SamlightClientControl can now run on customer machine without Sam installation:
this is only useful, if target SAM installation runs on another computer, so clientControl must run in TCP mode.
If you copy & register 'sc_samlight_client_ctrl.ocx' on the customer machine, you are not required to have the SAM library installed for that.
