Step&Repeat: 'Simulated axis' did not work anymore with deactivated motion:
Activation of 'simulated axis' in step&repeat planar should allow movement of the part on the working area by position translation, instead of moving axis.
No enabled axis should be necessary for this.
This feature got lost dut to changes longer ago in Step&Repeat Planar. Is now enabled again. ( Old correct version for this case e.g. from 2009-01-15 ).
