DateTime entity: DateTime Format is not available when loading the job file on another computer
Description:
if a DateTime entity with an own new DateTime format is generated on one computer and the job file is loaded to another computer, then the DateTime format is not available on the other computer.
( Even on the same computer, after restart of application, this special format is not shown anymore in the combo box of Advanced Dialog or of the DateTime PropertyPage ).
