ClientCtrl function 'IsMarking()' does not work correct in case MarkTrigger.
Description:
'is marking' should be true only in case marking is done.
After marking, it should be set to 'not marking'.
Workaround: Instead of 'ScIsMarking()' use 'ScGetLongValue(scComSAMLightClientCtrlLongValueTypeGetOptoOut)' ( only USC-1 and USC-2, available with build 3.0.5 0629 and higher ), lowest bit of result shows current marking state ( this is a standard usc feature ).
