ClientCtrl Command ScOpticMatrixTranslate() does not reset offset under special conditions.
Description:
If ScOpticMatrixTranslate is executed once AND marking is started through MarkTrigger Dialog or Mark Dialog several times, the set offset by ScOpticMatrixTranslate() is added again after each mark.
Only marking through clientCtrl ( ScMarkEntityByNmae() ) does work correctly in this case.
