ScExecCommand( scComView2DCtrlExecCommandArchiveSaveAs ) now can open to a predefined path.
Description:
With new ScConstantsKernel '[helpstring("Config String ID")] const long scComConfigStringIDSaveAsFileDialogDefaultFolder = 112' it is possible to set through kernel->ScSetConfigString() a initial folder Dir for the FileSaveAs Dialog.
After FileSaveAs Dialog opening, this initial folder value is removed. If required, this initial folder value must be set every time before a ScExecCommand( scComView2DCtrlExecCommandArchiveSaveAs ).
