Speed up splitting of big point clouds and split overlap parameter for points
Description:
If splitting point clouds with a huge number of points, the splitting procedure started out of the DataWizzard takes quite a lot of time.
This should be made as fast as possible.
Also there should be an overlap parameter according attached image.
