A new constant: scComSAMLightClientCtrlDoubleValueTypeMOFExtStartDelay was introduced.
With help of ScSamlightClientCtrl and this constant it is possible to get and set the "External Trigger Delay" (card->advaced->driver settings-MOTF->settings)
