Activate Startup Job and Mark Preprocessing (Jobs Toolbar) with Mark Trigger Mode
Description:
Currently the Startup Job and the Mark Preprocessing aren't carried out when one uses Mark Trigger Mode and then starts marking via an external trigger. The aim is to activate this feature in SAMLight.
