Stepper motor: disabling of homing during software start
Description:
a new flag DisableHomingDuringStartUp has be introduced in the stepper settings file sc_motion_stepper_settings.txt to disable homing when starting software. Homing then can be performed by pressing the 'Home' button afterwards.
