MultiHead Trigger Mode: Start heads independently
Description:
If using more scanner cards, it should be possible in trigger mode to start each head independently from the status of the other head.
Means for example head_1 should do 3 cycles, in the same time head_2 does 1 or 2 cycles.
Introduce a new check box "MultiHead Independent"
This mode does not support serial numbers.
