Loading of splitted job does not fully override default splitting and step/repeat settings
Description:
When a job is loaded where splitting or step/repeat is enabled the related parameters within that job overwrite the splitting or step/repeat settings that come with the standard settings file only partially.
Especially in 1D rotary mode the split axis is not taken over from job exaclty.
