Speed ramping at end up to higher values
Description:
Currently the ramping seems to expect (or misbehaves) and only can go down at the end of a line although the input field allows to enter ramping-end-values that define a higher speed.
Here the problem has to be fixed, when a value >100% of the original speed is entered the ramping functionality also should go up to that speed. Fromm marking process point of view that behaviour would be needed and the input field in pen settings already allows such values.
